North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate, proactive Technical Instructor to join our Inpatient Therapy Team on acute mental health wards. You will deliver recovery-focused activities that promote engagement, wellbeing, and connection, collaborating with occupational therapists, art therapists, and the MDT.

Responsibilities include facilitating group sessions and one-to-one interventions, contributing to client care, carrying out functional assessments, and accompanying ward

Responsabilités

• Facilitate a variety of group activities i.e. cooking and creative activities; functional sessions may be included.
• Facilitate one-to-one intervention with service users.
• Contribute to client care by liaising with the MDT.
• Facilitate functional assessments as guided by the ward OT.
• Accompany the ward OT on home visits / community access.
• Have regular supervision & annual appraisal.
