Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and NMC registration.
• Ability to assess care needs and implement care plans.
• Experience with mental health legislation and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality in Trust systems.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with service users and carers.
• Administer medications, including depot injections, with monitoring for side effects.
• Provide leadership, supervision and training to junior staff when required.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide expert input.
