You will act as Responsible Clinician for inpatients, contribute to decision-making, and participate in reviews and tribunals while promoting a compassionate, evidence-based approach

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership to Dean Ward and collaborate with the MDT.
• Direct patient contact and supervision of others within inpatient services.
• Act as Responsible Clinician and participate in Mental Health Act Managers' Meetings and Review Tribunals.
