Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE/O level standard.
• Holder of an NVQ or Care certificate.
• Experience in care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide rehabilitation and personal care to patients.
• Conduct assessments and document care provided.

Skills

Ability to understand and carry out instruction given by qualified staff

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Basic IT skills

Ability to record and report patients observations, BM, ECG etc

Demonstrates an understanding of Rehabilitation

Ability to use Systm One

Education

Educated to GCSE/O level standard

NVQ /Care certificate
