Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a registered Pharmacy Technician to join the dispensary and the clinical pharmacy team in Winchester. Qualifications

• Registered with GPHC.
• Qualified Pharmacy Technician.
• Computer literacy essential.
• Experience with JAC/Wellsky/CMM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete calculations for prescriptions.
• Dispense medications and final accuracy check.
• Provide FP10s and assist with extemporaneous preparations as required.
• Assist in training junior staff and participate in audits.
• Counsel patients, carers or healthcare professionals on dispensed medicines.
