Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Winchester is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the dispensary and clinical pharmacy teams. The role focuses on timely processing of discharge medications, stock management and accuracy checking to support patient flow in wards.

You will provide dispensing services, FP10s, and extemporaneous preparations where needed, while also training junior staff and contributing to audits and quality improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Final accuracy checking of medications is required.
• Dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Provide FP10s or dispense/extemporaneously prepared medications as needed.
• Train junior staff and support quality improvement projects.
• Support patient counselling and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities
