Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse for an inpatient unit. The role focuses on holistic care for adults over 18, with responsibility for the ward when senior staff are absent.

The post involves 24-hour rotation and travel between community hospital sites. Successful candidates will have NMC registration and a Level 6 degree with a nursing diploma, plus recent healthcare experience.

• Active NMC registration is required.
• Level 6 degree or equivalent qualification with a nursing diploma.
• Recent healthcare experience through education, work or prior employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic care for a named group of patients under direction of senior staff.
• Maintain clinical standards with support from Matron and Clinical Sisters and demonstrate leadership.
• Take charge of the ward in the absence of senior staff.
• Participate in 24-hour internal rotation.
• Travel between community hospital sites to meet service needs.
