Job summary

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Charge Nurse for our rehabilitation team at Faversham Cottage Hospital. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate patient care and support staff development in a multidisciplinary setting.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership, communication and clinical skills. Experience in rehabilitation or frailty care is desirable, with involvement in integrated care planning with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with leadership and clinical skills.
• Experience in rehabilitation, intermediate care, frailty or complex needs is desirable.
• Good communication and teamwork essential.
