We are seeking an energetic Occupational Therapist to join our Birmingham OT team. The role is based at Stirchley, Birmingham, with 37.5 hours per week and Band 5/6 equivalent salaries.

You will work in an inpatient adult mental health service as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering OT assessments and treatments, developing a caseload, and supporting service improvement and professional development.

Competenze

• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and secure services.
• Familiar with guiding frameworks (e.g., MOHO, sensory approaches).
• Experience using occupational assessment tools to support clinical reasoning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience and curiosity in a challenging environment.
