Qualifikationen

• Band 6 level inpatient mental health experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
• Knowledge of the MHA, MCA, and social inclusion principles.
• Ability to work across organisational boundaries with Police, ambulance, ED and social care.
