Qualifications

• Knowledge of supervision and audit processes.
• Ability to lead ward-based teams and support the Ward Manager.
• Experience conducting audits of evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to assess, evaluate and advise on care and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the ward team to promote high-quality patient care.
• Deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence.
• Source expertise for clinical practice for the care team.
• Undertake audits of evidence-based interventions to maintain best practice.
• Engage with MDT for holistic patient-centred care planning.
• Identify, manage and advise on risk; seek service improvements.
