You will oversee safety, quality, governance, staffing, audits and staff training, ensuring compliant documentation and adherence to MHA requirements.

Qualifications

• NMC registered mental health nurse (RMN) with current registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to inpatient ward staff.
• Ensure service meets local, regional, and national guidance and quality standards.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, care planning and risk assessments.
