Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust in the West Midlands is recruiting for a full-time Activity Co-ordinator on acute inpatient mental health wards at St Michael's Hospital. You will plan and deliver a diverse programme of group activities on and off the ward, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, to support recovery and well-being.

• Strong interpersonal, written communication and IT skills.
• Ability to deliver activities on and off ward, in group settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate a diverse programme of activities for inpatient patients.
• Lead group activities including physical activity, health education and recreational sessions.
• Engage patients with activities on and off ward and access community resources as needed.
• Maintain consistent core interventions for all patient groups.
