Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Health Care Support Assistant to join the inpatient wards at West Mendip Community Hospital. The unit is a 16-bed environment providing care to Rehabilitation, Palliative and End of Life patients and their families.

You will work within a large multidisciplinary team, delivering the fundamentals of care under nurse supervision and helping patients achieve shared goals.

Formación

• Experience as a health care support assistant or similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the fundamentals of care to patients under the supervision of a nurse.
• Work within a large multidisciplinary team on inpatient wards.
• Support Rehabilitation patients and those requiring Palliative and End of Life care and support their families.
