Responsabilités

• Lead the inpatient diabetes service and plan future care using GRIFT and JBDS guidelines.
• Provide evidence-based clinical care, training and consultancy for diabetes care.
• Contribute to MDT diabetes meetings, referrals to other services and patient care planning.
• Manage the inpatient diabetes caseload and provide diabetes nursing support and advice.
• Act as an expert resource for others involved in diabetes care in hospital and community settings.
