Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Launceston is seeking a qualified Clinical Associate Psychologist (Band 6) for a permanent, full-time role. The post requires MSc in Clinical Associate Psychology and CAP/BPS registration on appointment, with supervision in place.

You will work as part of the East CAMHS Team, supporting inpatient care, conducting assessments, formulations and interventions, and contributing to audits and research under supervision. Flexible patterns may be discussed.

Qualifications

• CAP registration eligibility on appointment as a CAP with BPS.
• Strong communication and collaboration with the MDT to support patient care.
• Knowledge of clinical supervision and continuing professional development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the inpatient therapy team and wider MDT.
• Conduct assessments, formulations and interventions for patients.
• Support routine outcome measures, audits and research under supervision.
