Job summary

Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Clinical Support Workers to join the Inpatient Bank. The bank covers staffing shortfalls across inpatient units, offering exposure to SMH, CAMHS and LD care groups and a chance to develop skills across wards.

Successful applicants should be flexible and able to work across a variety of wards. Induction via Prepare to Care (P2C) is mandatory, with up to 3 weeks training to meet role requirements.

Qualifications

• Experienced Clinical Support Workers are sought to join CWP's Inpatient Bank.
• Willingness to work across a variety of wards and areas.
• Induction and mandatory training are required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Work across inpatient wards as needed to cover staffing shortfalls.
• Shifts are 12 hours and cover 24/7 including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Attend Prepare to Care induction and complete statutory/mandatory training.
