Compass Group UK&I, working with Eurest, is seeking a Sous Chef to join a passionate team and craft exceptional food experiences. This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, with shifts typically 5 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve food service.
• Create a positive kitchen environment for the team.
• Support the team in delivering food concepts to customers.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist with ordering, stock control and reducing waste.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist with budgeting and meeting financial targets.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards.
