Qualifications

• Previous experience in an educational setting leading a team.
• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding training.
• Passion for education and working with children.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing standards.
• Excellent communication with parents.

• Support your team to plan, observe, and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Coach, guide, and motivate the team through regular feedback and professional development.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children’s learning.
• Embed and role-model safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing standards across your room.
