Job summary

Devon County Council is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor for Cullompton on a 22.5 hour per week contract. The role covers Devon with opportunities across multiple locations and requires active UK Right to Work.

We seek registered Health Visitors who are innovative, motivated and enthusiastic, aiming to improve outcomes for children and families in Devon. An active driver's licence and access to a car are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Ist Level NMC registration.
• Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Degree in Health Visitor/School Nurse.
• Desirable: Masters level qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage changing and challenging workload priorities.
• Work in partnership with community, voluntary and statutory agencies.
• Support safeguarding children and multi-agency working.
