Job summary

N Family Club in Godalming, Surrey is seeking an Early Years Educator for a 20-hour week role. You’ll nurture curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child, delivering the N Curriculum through play and meaningful connections.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an early years environment.
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge.
• Level 2+ Early Years qualification.

Responsibilities

• Inspire learning through play-based N Curriculum.
• Support routines from mealtimes to naptimes.
• Create and implement development-focused activity plans.
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a safe, clean, engaging classroom environment.
• Embed policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Be a positive role model and collaborate with the team.
