Job summary

Gist is seeking a Creative and dynamic Digital Learning Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences, from micro-learning to corporate e-learning, supporting colleagues and compliance. You will work with subject matter experts to translate complex information into practical modules using Articulate Rise, Storyline and other tools, while maintaining LMS content and learner engagement.

This hybrid role at Gist offers a competitive salary up to £42,000, 37.5 hour week, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven experience of building digital learning solutions in Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent tools.
• Experience of creating practical digital and video-based learning content.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content management.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Able to simplify complex information into engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new digital learning solutions from micro-learning to corporate e-learning.
• Translate complex information into practical and engaging learning solutions.
• Analyse, design and develop high-quality e-learning modules using Articulate Rise, Storyline and other digital learning tools.
• Support LMS content management, learner engagement, onboarding effectiveness and compliance performance.
• Develop and design a new digital induction for colleagues and support wider projects.
