University of Bath is seeking a proactive Innovation Network Coordinator to grow the community, strengthen engagement, and showcase success across the SETsquared Bath Network. The role involves coordinating events, communications and content, working closely with the Centre Manager, and translating ideas into actionable activities that deliver impact.
The role is part-time (29.2 hours/week, 0.8 FTE) on a fixed-term basis until July 2027 to cover a secondment.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering activities that connect people, build engagement and support the continued growth of one of the South West's most dynamic innovation communities. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating community engagement activities, communications and events that encourage participation across the SETsquared Bath Network. You will help create a welcoming and valuable experience for members, support the delivery of programmes and events, develop engaging content and success stories, and ensure our communications effectively reach and engage our audiences. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines community engagement, communications, event coordination and relationship management. You'll work with founders, businesses, academics, students and partners, helping to translate ideas into action and ensuring activities are delivered professionally and effectively. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities and making things happen. You will be trusted to manage day-to-day activities independently and use your judgement to keep projects moving forward, while working closely with the Centre Manager on wider priorities and initiatives.
