Qualifications

• Experience leading FMCG technical projects in cross-functional teams.
• Technical liquid development and project leadership experience with track record of delivering results.
• Liquid knowledge of ingredients, formulations and sensory.
• Liquid processing knowledge.
• Experience working with manufacturing departments and process scale up from Lab - Pilot Plant - final site.
• Accomplished IT skills using Microsoft suite of programs (including MS Project).
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication.
• Ability to interpret sensory and consumer data to guide product design.
• Strong leadership skills; coaching experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the liquid development of new soft drink products from concept to commercialisation.
• Influence the product innovation pipeline using trends and external partnership.
• Project manage technical workstreams with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with technical processes and legal requirements.
• Provide technical liquid expertise and coaching to support technologists, factories and supply chain.
• Build collaborative partnerships with Marketing, Supply Chain and Suppliers to enable project delivery.
• Use leadership to enable cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliver new products.
• Provide direction to project teams across all levels of the business.
• Create testing plans and reports and roll out training to grow team knowledge.
• Develop and maintain liquid specifications and methodologies, ensuring legal and IP protections.
• Understand and manage risks associated with liquid solutions.
• Implement and contribute to the liquid development strategy.
