Health Innovation Wessex (hosted by University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust) seeks a Programme Manager for innovation adoption on a 23-month secondment or fixed-term basis. The role leads one or more adoption programmes, developing plans, partnerships and funding strategies.

Hybrid working applies, with at least two days in the office or visiting partners. The post requires experience in NHS or complex public-sector settings and a postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or degree plus project management experience in a relevant discipline.
• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Experience delivering programmes in health, life sciences, research, or public sector environments.
• Experience working across multiple organisations and professional boundaries.
• Commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more innovation adoption programmes and their projects.
• Actively seek funding for programmes and manage partnerships.
• Promote dissemination of Health Innovation Wessex programmes.
• Monitor performance and outcomes of projects delivering programmes.
• Manage projects that support the overarching Innovation Adoption Programme.
• Identify the impact of innovations on patient outcomes and NHS services.
