The Swallow Falls Inn in Snowdonia is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, leading the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will be hands-on in a fast-paced hospitality setting, coordinating with chefs, management, and suppliers, and providing a warm, home-from-home guest experience.

Role includes shift leadership, administrative tasks, and occasional sleepovers; accommodation is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in ensuring the Inn feels like a home away from home for guests.
• Lead the team, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and guests.
• Oversee daily duties, conduct administrative tasks, liaise with chefs, management and suppliers.
• Perform stocktake and ordering, handle accounts management.
• Manage shift operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Be available for occasional sleepovers and guest responses.
