Job summary

ASC Connections Ltd is recruiting an Injection Moulding Setter to join a leading plastics manufacturer in the United Kingdom. The role involves setting and changing mould tools, maintaining machine conditions, and supporting continuous improvement on the production line.

You will troubleshoot process and moulding issues, apply polymer knowledge, and contribute to efficiency and cost savings. This permanent, full-time position offers up to £40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in a plastic injection moulding environment as a Setter or Technician.
• Strong knowledge of polymers and materials used in injection moulding.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to resolve process issues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tool changes and set moulding machines to required conditions.
• Troubleshoot moulding and process issues to maintain quality and output.
