Job summary

Vivo Talent is looking for an Injection Moulding Setter to join a market-leading plastics manufacturer in Nottinghamshire. This role offers the chance to work in a state-of-the-art facility with over 40 injection moulding machines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of injection moulding processes, and be qualified to IMT Level 3. Benefits include a company pension, life assurance, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Injection Moulding Setter role.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and machine conditioning.
• Experience with setting Sepro 3-axis robots or similar robotic systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out tool changes and machine set-ups to ensure efficient production.
• Condition and set injection moulding machines from scratch.
• Fault-find and troubleshoot machine and process issues.
• Complete quality checks and ensure production targets are achieved.
