Pertemps is seeking an Injection Moulding Setter in Nuneaton for a stable, long-term role within a growing manufacturing business. You will set mould tools, optimise machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement across the production department.

The role requires proven moulding setter experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. Overtime opportunities are available on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of moulding processes and tooling.
• Experience with process optimisation and fault-finding.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production targets.

Responsabilités

• Set and start moulding machines, adjusting processes within defined parameters.
• Approve first-off parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Safely load/unload mould tools and set up labellers and related equipment.
• Monitor machine performance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Diagnose faults and implement tooling repair as needed.
• Support preventative maintenance and tooling service programmes.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in production areas.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure machinery is operated safely per Health & Safety procedures.
