Job summary

Eaton in Worksop is seeking an Injection Moulding Operator to operate moulding machines and maintain high quality output on site. You will follow strict safety rules and SOPs while supporting lean manufacturing practices.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of injection moulding experience and be comfortable performing quality checks, documentation, and routine upkeep as trained. This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates with 2 years injection moulding experience.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate Injection Moulding Machines and perform quality checks to achieve zero defects.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow Eaton Life Saving Rules.
• Adhere to SOPs and contribute to departmental goals (OEE, DPPM, DOH, Inventory, 5S+).
• Ensure documentation and system transactions support stock accuracy and reporting.
• Communicate problems to the Supervisor
• Undertake manual assembly and secondary operations as trained.
• Monitor output and record information per OEE requirements.
• Adhere to order quantities and delivery dates to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Observe lean manufacturing standards (5S+, standardised methods).
