Job summary

Genuit Group plc, via Polypipe Building Services, seeks a Serviceperson / Production Operator to run injection moulding outputs, ensure quality, label and pack products, and log production data in IFS and EPICOR systems. You will work across rotating shifts 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00 and contribute to continuous improvement while keeping a safe, organized workplace.

The role requires licences for PTT, Flexi and Counterbalance MHE, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and

Qualifications

• Hold licences for PTT, Flexi and Counterbalance MHE Equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to problem solve under own initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills to use IFS, EPICOR, and Quality Database.
• Knowledge of H&S and Environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production outputs are achieved on time and in full.
• Ensure quality standards are achieved at all times.
• Pack finished goods with appropriate labels and palletise.
• Record data on relevant systems (IFS, EPICOR, Quality Database).
• Operate the case erector to produce boxes for the shift.
• Support continuous improvement programmes where possible.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area for yourself and others.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, planning and assembly to move products and consumables.
