Lorien is supporting a major UK financial services organisation with an Infrastructure Technical Lead role. You will guide enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operational support, setting technical standards and governance across multiple teams.

This hands-on leadership position involves overseeing project delivery, resolving complex issues, and driving automation, resilience and security-aligned infrastructure modernization.

• Support infrastructure transformation and modernisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, engineering and operations teams.
• Drive automation, resilience, availability and performance of core platforms.
• Lead incident resolution for complex technical issues and major incidents.
• Mentor infrastructure engineers and act as a technical authority.
• Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
• Assist capacity planning, lifecycle management and roadmap development.
