Job summary

Hire Pals is seeking an experienced Technical Author for UK infrastructure programmes. The role involves preparing, developing and reviewing technical and contractual documentation, coordinating inputs from technical, commercial and project teams, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across project deliverables.

You will join a collaborative consultancy environment with hybrid working arrangements and exposure to major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical authoring or contract documentation within infrastructure, engineering or construction.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with clear, structured documentation.
• Ability to interpret complex technical and contractual information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop and review technical and contractual documentation.
• Support the preparation of contract documents and project information.
• Coordinate documentation inputs from technical, commercial and project teams.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent and aligned with project requirements.
• Review complex technical information and present it in a clear, structured format.
