Job summary

Resolian is a leading global CRO providing bioanalytical and analytical sciences capabilities. We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Lead to manage global infrastructure services, drive security, and oversee cloud, on‑prem, and vendor relationships.

This role demands strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, ensuring resilience and high availability across platforms. You will mentor the team, lead projects, and align IT with business goals while maintaining strict regulatory and cyber security

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior infrastructure role.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of GxP, ISO 27001, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of global infrastructure services.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and highly available.
• Manage cloud, server, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery platforms.
• Oversee Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Group Policy and Entra ID services.
• Act as a senior technical escalation point and mentor infrastructure team members.
• Work collaboratively across IT and the business to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure vendors, licensing, procurement, and service performance.
• Act as Technical Lead for the Information Security Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of global infrastructure services.

Skills, Education & Qualifications

• Experience in a senior infrastructure role.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration skills.
• Experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Cloud Connectors, and NetScaler (ADC / Gateway)
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, identity management, and access controls.
• Strong Windows Server and virtualisation experience (Proxmox, VMware, or Hyper-V).
• Solid networking knowledge that includes DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking.
• Knowledge of cyber security best-practice.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers or third-party service providers.
• Experience within regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical research.
• Knowledge of GxP, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Relevant Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or security certifications.
