Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Solicitor in Leeds

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure Solicitor to join a highly successful residential development team at a leading national commercial law firm in Leeds.

Our client is a full-service law firm with a strong national and international presence. With multiple offices across the UK and abroad, they are market leaders in real estate, corporate law, banking, and finance. This is an exciting time to join a leading residential development team in a newly created role. The firm is willing to consider solicitors from a residential conveyancing background and provide retraining for this role.

You will work with housebuilder clients, focusing on infrastructure agreements related to site development. Your responsibilities will include establishing legal arrangements and agreements to enable developers to lay roads and utility services, negotiating with multiple stakeholders, and managing client relationships by providing regular updates.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' PQE; however, the firm is open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience.
