Job summary

Stantec is growing its Risk Management team in the UK and seeking professionals to help manage uncertainty across major infrastructure programmes. You will work with delivery teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop risk frameworks, and lead workshops across Water, Energy and Transport sectors.

The role offers hybrid working, mentoring and progression opportunities within a collaborative, client-focused environment. IRM qualification is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, project controls, PMO, or programme delivery.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, develop risk registers and reporting.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management and risk frameworks.
• Experience with QSRA and QCRA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and manage risks across project lifecycles.
• Support risk workshops and maintain risk registers and reporting.
• Develop and deliver tailored risk management frameworks for programmes.
• Lead risk management services across major programmes and advise clients.
