Job summary

th3rdcurve is seeking an experienced Risk Manager for a London-based infrastructure programme. The role combines office and hybrid home working with travel to project sites, focusing on embedding robust risk management across engineering and delivery functions.

You will drive risk visibility, integrate with project controls and PMO, and lead workshops with suppliers and delivery partners. A collaborative, proactive mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Risk Manager or Senior Risk Analyst in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or major projects.
• Strong knowledge of risk and opportunity management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience leading risk workshops and mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive and embed robust risk management processes across engineering and delivery functions.
• Integrate risk activities with project controls and PMO.
• Maintain risk dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Lead transversal management of engineering risks across the programme.
• Develop risk and trend management processes with suppliers and partners.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops.
• Support governance, assurance and reporting for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with technical, commercial and project stakeholders to promote risk culture.
