Job summary

th3rdcurve in London is seeking an experienced intermediate Risk Manager to join a high-profile engineering and delivery team. Based at Central London offices with hybrid work and some travel, you will drive robust risk management across the programme and work with technical teams, PMO, suppliers and leaders.

You will embed risk and opportunity practices, run risk workshops, maintain dashboards, and promote a proactive risk culture across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Risk Manager or Senior Risk Analyst in infrastructure/engineering.
• Knowledge of project risk and opportunity management methodologies.
• Proven experience using Active Risk Manager (ARM).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and mitigation planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive and embed robust risk management processes across the programme's engineering and delivery functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project controls, PMO, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain programme engineering risk dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Lead transversal management of engineering-related risks across the programme.
• Develop new risk and trend management processes with suppliers and delivery partners.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment and mitigation workshops.
• Support governance, assurance and reporting activities for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships to promote a proactive risk culture.
