Job summary

Aquila ATMS is seeking an Infrastructure Refresh Change Coordinator to join the Refresh team and coordinate system and infrastructure refresh initiatives across UK military air traffic management capabilities.

You will support business case development, governance submissions, and investment proposals while aligning technical specialists, operational stakeholders and business functions to deliver robust project plans and outcomes. Hybrid working options are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex activities involving multiple stakeholders, teams or functions.
• Strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills with oversight of multiple workstreams.
• Ability to analyse information and produce clear reports, recommendations and decision-support material.
• Experience supporting project, change, engineering, operational or governance activities.
• Commercial and financial awareness including understanding of budgets, forecasting and affordability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating infrastructure refresh initiatives from initial concept through feasibility, option analysis, scope definition and governance approval.
• Supporting development of business cases, governance submissions and investment proposals.
• Maintaining a clear view of priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets and decisions across the Refresh portfolio.
• Bringing together technical specialists, operational stakeholders and business functions to build alignment and move initiatives forward.
• Ensuring approved refresh activity is clearly defined and ready for a successful transition into project delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve refresh planning, governance, reporting and ways of working.
