Job summary

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to maintain contract commercial information and deliver accurate financial reporting to support commercial success in Warrington.

You will manage subcontractor accounts, support site teams, forecast turnover and margin, and liaise with customers on variations and payments. A strong background in COINS and monthly reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• HND or degree in Quantity Surveying and RICS accreditation.
• Strong monthly reporting and cost control experience.
• Experience with COINS software and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor accounts, ensuring entitlements and timely payments.
• Support site team on contract requirements and reporting.
• Forecast turnover and margin; deliver accurate cash recovery reports.
• Liaise with customers and third parties on variations and claims.
