Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates seeks an Infrastructure Projects Lawyer to join its Projects team in Scotland, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will work on high-profile infrastructure and student accommodation projects across the UK and Ireland, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

With 3–6 years PQE, you will handle large-scale infrastructure or long-term partnership projects, including procurement processes, PPPs, and related energy and housing schemes, travelling as needed within the UK.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ PQE in infrastructure projects.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure or long-term partnership projects.
• Experience with public procurement processes.
• Advising on student accommodation developments, district heating and EV charging concession contracts.
• Ability to lead meetings and draft/ negotiate complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and provide pragmatic, clear advice across all stages of infrastructure delivery.
• Draft and negotiate complex project agreements and procurement documents.
• Support and coordinate multi-party collaborations on PPP and related projects.
