Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Projects & Construction Solicitor to join the Energy and Infrastructure team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will advise project companies, contractors, service providers, funders and public sector clients on a range of social and economic infrastructure projects.

Role covers drafting and negotiating project documents, hub design and build agreements, and the procurement and operation aspects of infrastructure schemes. NQ–6 PQE, with growth mindset, welcomed.

Qualifications

• NQ–6 years PQE level required (early 2022 qualifier considered).
• Keen to grow career in infrastructure projects and construction law.

Responsibilities

• Advising on project agreements, building contracts, FM contracts and collateral warranties.
• Advising on procurement, funding, construction and operation of infrastructure projects (PPP/PFI/NPD/hub DBFM).
• Drafting design and build development agreements, construction subcontracts and related docs.
