Job summary

Edinburgh-based Infrastructure Projects Lawyer sought by a leading international law firm to join a growing Scottish Projects team. The role focuses on advising public and private sector clients on high-value infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland, including energy transition, university developments, and EV infrastructure.

The candidate will work closely with senior members on significant transactions, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters and client-facing opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in leading infrastructure projects, PPP and long-term partnerships.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex transactions.
• Excellent client-management abilities and effective communication.
• Ability to work across multiple streams and deadlines in a high-profile practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex infrastructure projects across UK and Ireland for public and private clients.
• Contribute to procurement, bidding, construction and operation phases.
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop sector specialisms.
• Support cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters within an international firm.
