Infrastructure Project Manager - Top Consultancy

Location: Bristol / South Wales

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum plus benefits

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Stafford Lawrence Ltd is recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager for a leading Construction Consultancy. This role involves overseeing projects in the Bristol, South Wales, and Swindon areas, with some travel to the office in Gloucester. Candidates should have experience in Infrastructure / Highways projects as a Project Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent position. An element of travel is required, so a full clean driving license is essential.

Requirements for the Infrastructure / Highways Project Manager

1. Proven track record delivering highway schemes as a Project Manager.
2. Extensive experience with NEC contracts for Infrastructure / Highways projects. NEC Practitioner certification preferred.
3. Experience with Highways England SRN (Strategic Road Network).
4. Knowledge of Design Manuals for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) & Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCHW).
5. Understanding of the Technical Approval process.
6. Relevant engineering or Project Management qualification (HNC/HND, degree, or diploma).
7. Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
8. Experience in monitoring and managing complex budgets and analyzing financial plans.
9. Project appraisal skills to evaluate project strengths and weaknesses.
10. Strong organization skills for managing contracts and teams.
11. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
12. Full clean UK driving license.
