Infrastructure Project Manager- Top Consultancy
Location: Bristol/ South Wales
Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per annum plus benefits

Stafford Lawrence Ltd are recruiting for an Infrastructure Project Manager Job Vacancy for a Top Construction Consultancy. This role will oversee projects in the Bristol/ South Wales/ Swindon area with some travel to the office in Gloucester. Stafford Lawrence is engaged to recruit a Project Manager with previous construction consultancy experience.
This is a full-time permanent position. Candidates should have experience in Infrastructure / Highways projects as a Project Manager.
The position will require an element of travel to fulfill the requirements of the role, so having a full clean driving licence would be essential.

REQUIREMENTS
A proven track record delivering highway schemes as a Project Manager
Proven extensive experience of NEC contracts for Infrastructure / Highways projects. NEC Practitioner.
In addition, you will have Highways England SRN (strategic road network) experience.
Experience of Design Manuals for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) & Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works (MCHW).
Solid understanding of the Technical Approval process.
HNC/HND, degree or diploma qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering or Project Management discipline.
A minimum of 3 years Post Qualification Experience ( post-degree or Post HNC/HND)
Previous experience in monitoring and managing complex and detailed budgets, along with the ability to analyse complex financial cost plans.
Project appraisal knowledge and skills - highlight the strengths and weaknesses of a project and make judgments based on an analysis of information.
Organisation skills - successfully managing contracts and contractors/consultants.
Ability to be part of a team - excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, ensuring a motivated and productive attitude.
Full clean UK driving licence.
SALARY & BENEFITS
This is a full-time permanent job vacancy.
You can expect a basic salary of £40-,000- £50,000 per annum. As well as a great basic candidates can expect several other great benefits.
