Location: Hybrid (X2 days/week from Sheffield)

We are seeking Infrastructure Project Manager to support changes across the bank's real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits, along with technology upgrades supporting that estate, such as Protective Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and practical integration of Technology deliverables into that process.
• Management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
• Coordinating multiple concurrent projects and delivering to strict deadlines.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure projects.
• Financially literate, capable of analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations.
• Managing projects within structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry.
