Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead Fire Systems projects for our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Your responsibilities include defining project goals, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying improvement opportunities.

This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with 2–3 days per week in our Canning Town office.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple Fire Maintenance Contract projects for TfL
• Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
• Ensure timely procurement of materials
• Develop logistics plans for project delivery
• Maintain project documentation
• Lead change control processes
• Facilitate project meetings

Who You Are:

You are a results-driven Project Manager with experience in fire-related projects, confident in stakeholder management and team coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing fire systems projects
• Managing a programme valued at £1M+ annually
• Strong commercial and financial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
• Experience with London Underground or TfL projects is highly desirable
