Position: Project Manager

Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will oversee Fire Systems projects in partnership with Transport for London (TfL), managing project goals, budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers a hybrid working model with office presence in Canning Town 2–3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage multiple Fire Maintenance Contract projects for TfL
2. Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
3. Ensure timely procurement of materials
4. Develop logistics plans to meet delivery timelines
5. Maintain project documentation and records
6. Lead change control processes
7. Facilitate project meetings (kick-offs, reviews, close-outs)

Candidate Profile:

Results-driven project manager with proven experience in fire-related projects, stakeholder management, and team coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience managing fire systems projects
• Managing a programme of works valued at £1M+ annually
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
• Experience with London Underground or TfL projects is highly desirable
