This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple Fire Systems projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
• Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials
• Develop logistics plans to meet delivery timelines
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Lead change control processes and communicate variations
• Organize and facilitate project meetings

Who You Are:

Results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in fire-related projects, confident in stakeholder management and team coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing fire systems projects
• Delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ per year
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
• Experience with London Underground or TfL projects is highly desirable
