Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Project Manager-level professional to manage smaller and medium-term projects within a larger program. The role focuses on delivering work packages while maintaining alignment with program objectives, and often involves guiding team members on best practices.

The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of technology and business issues, be able to perform complex analysis and reporting, and report to the PMO Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, preferably within a larger program.
• Ability to perform complex analysis and reporting at the project/program level.

Responsibilities

• Primarily manages smaller and less complex projects than Project Managers.
• May be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the project / program level.
• Typically delivers work packages for projects within a bigger program and focus of projects / programs generally medium term.
• May lead and deliver Tier 5 projects with a low level of regulatory oversight, risk and complexity profile with medium term horizon.
• Requires deeper understanding of technology / business issues and objectives, and impact of the team's work.
• May operate as a working lead and provide training and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of business as usual activities.
• Typically reports to Project / Program/ Portfolio Management Office Leader.
